Restrict your sleep hours for 7 hours to 7 hours 30min.

  • WAKE-UP TIME:

Your time to wake up must preferably range between 6am6:30am.

SLEEP TIME: Your time to go to bed must range from 10 pm-10:30 pm.

  • WORK OUT/ EXERCISE:

The body needs some physical exercise in order to hasten the process of weight loss other than diet control. the body tends to get a good shape and also it enhances blood circulation and corrects the fat metabolism in the body with a proper and stipulated time of workout,. This should range from 30-60 min daily, 5- 6 times a week.

  • FAT BURNING YOGA :

WALKING OR JOGGING 20 min

  •  7:30 am: Herbal tea (Jeera decoction tea)
  • 8:00 am: Neer dosa with tomato-onion curry
  • 11:30 am: Slices of vegetables (radish + onion + salt + pepper)
  • 1:00 pm: Brown rice Horse gram/ Hurali Saru Steamed vegetables 5:00 pm: Fruits like watermelon or papaya slices
  • 8:00 pm: Mixed vegetable soup 2 Chapati Spinach soya curry and drink one glass of Hot water before sleep (500ml reduced to 250ml)
